My Glam bag July/August Review

My glam is one of the many monthly subscription services being offered. For the low and affordable price of $10 per month, myglam gives you the opportunity to try out 5-6 beauty products (minimum one full size product) and a cute makeup bag to re-use or store your products in.

The purpose of myglam is to introduce you to new products and companies, as well as some favorites of the glam girls. The August glam bag featured the following products & a brief review:

-elcos plant-based beauty Moisture Therapy Regenerative Cream 'and' Cellular Activator Facial Serum

-I was super excited to test these products out as they are plant-based and contain plant stem cells, unfortunately they made my skin BURN. I didn't wash it off because I wanted to give you all a good idea of the product. After it stopped burning and my face calmed down, I noticed my skin was extra radiant through out the day. I did not try the products again due to the severe burning and redness but may try them again and not use my acne facial wash before hand. I have extremely sensitive skin and can only use my facial wash once a day.

-Demeter Fragrance Library Roll on Perfume Oil

-This perfume oil has a nice light, clean fragrance but did not notice it lasting a significant length of time.

-Circus by Andrea's Choice Ringmaster Nailcolor

The July glam bag featured the following products & a brief review:

-Circus by Andrea's Choice Reverso Nailcolor

-Josie Maran lip and cheek stain

-I was unable to fully test this out as to the top came off so it dried out in my purse. I did attempt to use it when I first received my package and found the application process very hard. It was like I had to push very hard down on my lips to get any color.

-Kiehl's Ultra Facial Oil-Free Lotion

-I love this moisturizer! As stated before my skin is extremely sensitive, and oily, so this moisturizer does what it says it will which is,"light weight formula wil reduce excess oil on skin's surface, leaving a shine-free and balanced appearance."

-Nu.Me Hydro Punch Hydrating Conditioner

-YES to Cucumbers hypoallergenic facial towelettes

-Can I just say **YES** I was really excited to try and use these. I've heard so many good things about them and they are all true!! Finally a wipe strong enough to get rid of eye makeup and *not* irritate or burn my severely sensitive skin!! A new staple and must purchase!!

I have been getting the myglam bag since January. The first myglam bag, December 2011, I subscribed to late so they sent me two of the January bag. I am satisfied with my subscription so far. Some months are better than others and the July bag has been my favorite so far!! Some of the products I've been introduced to are new staples for me so the good out weighs the bad!
